PRIMAR Support Service

We offer support via e-mail or telephone and requests are handled by expert in-house staff.  A dedicated support staff ensures urgent issues are handled quickly and efficiently with the care that you deserve.

Our single-point-of-contact service desk allows you to only require one contact detail in order to report your request, regardless of the issue. All support requests are immediately assigned personal ownership to ensure your issues are handled properly until you are satisfied.
